Refund policy
Every Catherina & Co. piece is carefully inspected before delivery.
Return Request Period
Customers have 24 hours from the time of delivery to contact us and request a return and refund.
The return request must be submitted before the 24-hour period expires.
After 24 hours have passed, the item is no longer eligible for return or refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Inspection of Returned Items
Once a return request has been accepted, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
The returned item will be inspected to confirm that:

it is the exact item originally delivered to the customer

it shows no signs of wear or use

it has no scratches or other damage

it has not been altered, modified, or tampered with

the condition of the metal and stones is consistent with its condition at the time of delivery

it is returned with its original packaging and accompanying documentation, where applicable
A refund will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds
If the inspection confirms that the returned item is the exact item delivered to the customer and that its condition has not changed, the refund will be processed after the return is approved.
If the item shows signs of wear, scratches, damage, alteration, damage to the stone, or any other change in condition, the refund may not be issued, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Made-to-Order and Bespoke Jewelry
Jewelry made according to a customer's individual requirements or specifications may not be eligible for return, except where the item is damaged or does not match the specifications agreed upon in advance, subject to applicable law.
