Welcome to Catherina & Co. These Terms of Use and Sale explain the terms that apply when you visit catherinandco.com, contact us, or purchase our jewelry.
By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. Our Jewelry
Catherina & Co. creates jewelry featuring natural gemstones and precious metals.
Because natural gemstones are formed by nature, each stone may have its own variations in color, tone, inclusions, shape, and appearance. These characteristics are part of the natural identity of the stone and are not considered defects.
Handmade jewelry may also contain minor variations resulting from the individual nature of the making process.
Product photographs are intended to represent the jewelry accurately. However, slight differences in color or appearance may occur depending on lighting, photography, and the device used to view the product.
2. Orders
Orders are confirmed through direct communication with the customer, primarily via WhatsApp or another agreed communication channel.
An order becomes confirmed once the product, price, delivery details, and payment arrangements have been agreed upon.
For made-to-order or individually commissioned jewelry, the relevant specifications and estimated production timeline will be agreed with the customer before production begins.
We may decline an order where a product is unavailable, a material error has occurred in the product description or price, or where we are unable to fulfil the order.
3. Made-to-Order and Bespoke Jewelry
Some pieces may be made to order or created according to individual customer specifications.
Before production begins, we will confirm the relevant design, materials, specifications, price, and estimated timeline with the customer.
Jewelry made according to individual specifications may be subject to different return rules, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Georgian Lari (₾), unless otherwise indicated.
The final price and payment arrangements will be confirmed with the customer before an order is completed.
Where third-party payment services are used, payment may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant payment service provider.
5. Delivery
Catherina & Co. currently delivers within Tbilisi.
Delivery details are arranged personally with each customer. The estimated delivery time and any applicable delivery costs will be confirmed when the order is placed.

6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Customers should review that policy before placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on catherinandco.com, including photographs, text, logos, graphics, designs, and other materials, belongs to Catherina & Co. or is used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
